I worked in Edmonton, Alberta Canada years ago. This was a normal day for them and I was amazed at how fast the plows would clean the streets and life would go on as normal. My hotel was next to an empty field and I remember the snow collected almost 20’ high from the clearing the streets.

My hair would freeze on the walk to my car every morning. I left some liquid detergent in the back seat and the entire container froze solid overnight. Everyone adapts to survive, but it’s really hard to fathom living in those climates as a choice.

Under 7 inches? We got that on the Northshore in about 2010.
