I have family from Reserve and Laplace, and as a teenager, when visiting, I always thought it odd that we had to drink out of bottled water containers, but then when you tasted the tap water it all made perfect sense. That’s some really hard water.

I was mostly referring to the color of the water. There was times when I couldn’t decide whether it was safe to shower.
