I don't blame the cop. I don't blame momma. I don't blame the six year old. Sounds like alot happened completely unexpectedly to all three at once.
Little girls are going to look at bright flashing lights that come from nowhere all of the sudden.
The cop has probably never and may never run into a car with an epileptic six year old girl again.
The mother is instinctively going to jump to her baby when she senses dangerous stimulus.
I hope the OP looks at this situationand realizes that no matter how much the cop overreacted, this incident could have been avoided. The cop may be a rude dick, but he was just doing his job pulling over a speeder.
It's inconceivablethat police role play this type of scenario.
Slow down and your baby would never have been in danger, op.

You speak WAY too much common sense to be on here..I agree with all of this.
