12 hour days, 3 days per week, rotating weekends off is the norm for the hospital I work at.
I work the graveyard shift (more $), and I can't remember the last time I worked less than 4 days out of the week. I usually work a full 60 hours per week... Overtime and incentives for working understaffed shifts are too good not to. Plus, I love my job.

9 Hour Days Mon - Thurs and every other friday off. The friday we do work is an 8 hour day but usually its more like a 6
