I thought it was that one by Lake Charles. That one's pretty steep too.

It's the Port Arthur bridge. My mother grew up there, her dad was a drunk and bounced around between jobs in the various refineries and oilfields due to his drinking. She told a story once when she was a young girl of her dad drunk and driving the family home from some barbecue or something, he could barely keep the car on the bridge, he scraped the guardrail a couple of times, I can't even imagine that shite. She couldn't tell that story without bursting into tears.
