That’s probably what happened to me. The MBE was my sweet spot. Average score to pass was 126/200 and I was averaging over 170/200.
The MS Bar essays were pretty hard ngl. The questions asked about specific articles and statutes by number, not by subject.
“How does evidence article 535 apply here?” It was never the obvious character or hearsay articles which you actually know the number of the article.
