I'm elitist AF. I don't actually judge people, I just assume everyone is a fricking moron.

It is the individual's job to prove to me they aren't. Most fail, and fail miserably.

What do I actually look at, besides the demeanor and the way one handles themselves?

Appropriate clothing for the situation. You dress like a jackass in a business setting - I assume you are a jackass.
