He is very clearly white, and no, he doesn't have a different hair texture. He gets his hair cut like a black person. It's buzzed, faded, and lined up on the edges. That's why it "looks" like he has the hair texture of a black person. He doesn't.











If he got rid of that black-style pencil mustache, and grew his hair out, he's very clearly a white dude:
