Sbisd has only a small sliver north of I-10 with new builds going in up to $2 million. For that money you're better off finding a place in memorial or one of the villages. The home values outside sbisd plummet. $2 million will buy two brand new homes in the heights, granted with less than half the lot size and crappy schools post elementary.
