I've got Vivint for my security system; install was free with 2 touchscreen pads, door and window sensors (windows that move ), smoke detector, glass shatter detection for my back bay windows; being a USAA member, I got all that for 36 months (typically they do 60 months) at 41.99 per which is better than ADT (who I had scheduled at first) and more equipment; happy so far although the glass shatter sensor is sensitive as all get our

This. C mentioned that $84/month did not seem correct. I was just posting that you meant $84/year. Laziness on my part, should have been more specific.

Gotcha. That's my fault. It is definitely a year, not a month. Corrected in OP.

I currently use simplisafe on a home I have. It works well. Sensors are bulky though. Very easy set up. I would recommend it.
