It wasn't really a tank, though Darth - they just armored up a heavy lorry - the Germans tried to use it, tactically, as a tank though. It's a footnote.

I don't know the model - but that's a minesweeper.

(I was a combat engineer in a previously life, as well, albeit briefly.)

German mine clearing vehicle concept that never got past the concept phase. K 617 or something of the sort.

I've got a book at home about the history of armored vehicles and this is mentioned in it. The thing would have been a behemoth.

I have no clue. From the looks of the helmet on the award, I would say German.

It is German, this version is actually from the German Empire. It's the German "Wound Badge", it's their version of the Purple Heart.
