100% true.I was a school board attorney for decades, my only hourly client. When I started you had a principal and often a vice principal depending on the size the the school. The Vp was often in charge of discipline. My last few years it was a principal and typically 3 to 4 VPs. I lot of these is due to government regulations etc, a lot is just creeping bureaucracy. It’s 10 times worse in college
