I was on rotation at Cooper Green (charity hospital in Bham) for ObGyn, and I'm told to take the history for the young lady who'd just come in.
Her chief complaint is "Why my pannies be smelling like Captain D's?"
At that point you're pretty sure the physical exam is gonna make you throw up in your mouth. It did.

Girl I dated in college had a twat that always smelled strong. I didn't want to eat her out. But I did like putting my wiener in it. Maybe I like the stank.
