The solution to all of mankind’s problems is population reduction.

At any given time 30% of people are under mental stress and are frequently acting out. Most recover, of course, while others are just entering a stressful time. We all take our turn.

In a population of 100,000, about 30,000 are exhibiting varying degrees of anti-social behavior. In 100 million that’s 30 million. In 1 billion, 300 million.

So, as the population increases there are more interactions between temporarily insane people and the rest of the population.

It follows that the effects of mentally stressed people can be mitigated by reducing their number. This can only be done by shrinking the general population since everyone experiences the phenomenon of temporary insanity.
