This guy clearly didn't know anything about his neighbors, and we don't know anything about them either.
There is no way to make that kind of judgement in a short amount of time. I think you are dreaming. I'll just stick to the statistics and take my chances. 12% of the population (black people) are responsible for 28% of the crimes. When you look at crime per person on white vs black this indian will chose white neighbors every time.

This is true. I saw it with my own eyes BUT LBJ is indirectly responsible. He started the free handout crap. It grew from there due to dems using handouts for votes.
