Mrs. has taught in or around Houston a couple of times, I think. Any chance you rmember the instructor?
Given the expanding ego syndrome, it could have BEEN one of the owners...lol. If Mrs. teaches in or around that area, I will probably travel with just to booze it up some.

My daughter is running slightly warm but nothing serious so far. I try not to be a paranoid dad but then I read threads like the one from the other day about all these kids getting that virus that's going around.

Moved to chicken wings and smoking Mac and Cheese and baked beans with ground meat instead.
It reduces the cooking time from 8-10 hours to 2-3 hours which is easier with the busy day planned.

Don't remember instructors name. Was a middle aged female back in the year 1999. Was NOT an owner. She did do some training at a facility in Valejo, CA.
Will be on the lookout for them there.
