I don't think I've ever stated how thankful I am for this group. I truly enjoy conversing with you all.

Yeah I'm hoping a day schedule will help me eat better/exercise more/sleep better/lose weight. No more being so tired/whiny on my days off.
I'm really bad about stress eating. And with things being so stressful the past few months...I've gained a couple pounds because of it.
