The only thing that I know that would cause that would be if one is silicone based and the other is water based. if you use a silicone based primer and use a water based foundation then they tend to react funny or separate on your face over the day.

Yeah you can apply latex over oil-based... but you never want to apply oil-based over latex.

Damn that is cheap. I never bought it before cause I couldn’t justify spending $54 on an eyeshadow palette.

I got a free full size one similar colors and different brand from a fabfitfun box and just used that one.

If they ever discontinue naked basics 2 I will buy about 50. If I ever had to pick just one eyeshadow palette for the rest of my life that would be it.
