Yes and the neck. The heart, liver and gizzards
I’ve been cooking down it for 3 hours now. Took about 30-45 to prep, added all the veggies to sauté, chicken broth and the base from the turkey. Gonna debone the neck again and add more base then cook down for a while longer.
