FTR, that was phase ta two, first was the hamburger buns, then bacon (I am the only one who wanted bacon), then burgers.

I got the Bullseye this spring Love it.. I was thinking about getting either the 590 or 700 which would prolly be overkill for me.

I got the 590 first, which I love, and then some peeps I know got the Bullseye and I saw the value of both. Comes in handy when I am doing something all day on the 590 and want to throw burgers, sausage, poppers or anything at a higher heat on the 380. High heat searing is great.
