Dang, so sorry. I will be calling my brother that lives down in Da Parish. See if he is going to bail out and come up here. I think he will. We should be ok. Just make sure you take care. Good chance water will get high.

As soon as I finish this cup of coffee,I’m going to Alario Brothers to pick up a couple of new castnets. I love to throw,although I can’t throw a big net anymore.
You can’t beat a shrimp stew with shrimp caught hours before. With fresh boiled eggs in it.

Brother told me the other day that coming in from fishing that there was a school at the landing by the millions. Said they were jumping in the boat. Problem, they were about 2".

That will work well. I know that you are an expert. Just put a long wire on it so the spark hazard is not where you could have spillage. I know someone who burnt his place down like that.
After Katrina I heard of a guy that had raccoons going into a garbage drum to eat scraps. He threw some gas in the drum and set the poor the Coon. on fire. The Coon ran under his house and burned the place down. Served him right.

That was the first thing that crossed my mind... I'd get the hand pump or both. If the hand pump serves you well, take the other back...

Hand pump would be hard on me. Besides that, being in a wheelchair is not helping.
