What? Not even sure what that mean? Why would I not be allowed back in Orleans Parish.
Last time I had anything 'legal' in Orleans Parish was when I was called in front of Judge Willard in CDC back in 2016 and him releasing me satisfactory from probation telling me I've been exemplary and I he wished he had more young men like me step in front of his bench. Told me I had a bright future.
