I am but I can still wear scrubs in my role if I want. I can wear business casual or scrubs. The other IPs (Infection Preventionists)in my office wear scrubs as well.
When given the option to wear basically pajamas to work and comfy shoes....you take it. Especially when I still have like 10 pairs of black scrubs in my closet (all nurses at my hospital can only wear all black or all white scrubs).
