just funnin' with you baw, I'm not big on the holidays but the thing I miss most at Thanksgiving is my mom's Thanksgiving cooking, especially her corn bread stuffing/dressing, whatever it's called, my wife tries to duplicate it , and comes close, but hasn't nailed it quite yet

Emeril’s recipe is pretty good, though. But a lot of work.

Plus I’d rather just have more potatoes.
