Salary & Commission
Though they cut everybody's comish rates at the start of the year
For example, I'm on average to make about 12k less than last year just because of the commission restructure and I solo handle the largest account in the company and literally nobody in the office can do my job because of customer reports and RFP that has to be done monthly. I also run several smaller accounts prior to the all the people who quit or got fired last month. Now with them gone, I'm running the 1, 2, 3 & 5th largest accounts in the company and only getting commission on 2 of them.
But don't worry about me! My amazing boss who works remotely in California called and told me he has an amazing commission plan that pays me to work more! Check this out!
If I make the company 1 million dollars in profit more than I made them last year, they will cut me a 1 time check for 20k! I'm going to be rich!

Worst part of working on commission. Every time you make the company more money they restructure the commission plan.

yup
and the head lady of AP told me that our new boss is making a shite ton of salary from the company and apparently he had all this freight he was supposed to be bringing into the company when he was hired last November.. we hauled our first load 9 months later for a whopping $200.00 profit
just the amount of shite this guy has spewed is damn near unfathomable
