Interesting - 1A is around where I grew up, so sentimentally I’d pick that one - no huge red flags
1B isn’t terrible, it’s actually better than it used to be (believe it or not)
They’re both close to big streets which is good so you don’t have to go deep into unfamiliar neighborhoods, but bad because people will be walking around that might want to cause trouble
If you stay in a group with your friends, you should be fine
