I don't blame you. It's hot here, too. Do you wear a helmet when you ride? You should attach a cup holder to your saddle and bring a thermos filled with ice and an adult beverage.

Currently finishing my pushups & weights after a 6 mile bike ride. I will be jumping in my pool shortly.

33, I always put on my helmet. I had a friend have a head injury from a freak thing years ago. She had to spend a few weeks at a rehab place.
Usually we have adult beverages after, but it’s been so hot lately I’ve only wanted water.

Two days ago when heading west I missed a tornado touching down by about 20 minutes. Today it's looking like most of the bad stuff is ahead of me and heading south east

I have a big visor I attach that doesn’t look much better, but it’s windy today so it won’t stay on.
