I use this chemical. Bifen XTS. I use 1-2 oz per gallon of water.
And this Mosquito Sniper System connnects to my leaf blower and so when it sprays the chemical it is more like a fog.
I spray my back yard and flower/shrubs once a month in the summer and fall and never have a problem with mosquitos.

Also- I order that chemical online as well. I just google it and find whichever online store has it the cheapest. And one bottle in the size I posted earlier lasts me 2-3 years.
