Today is pretty standard, only have a few peeps over.
Tomorrow is a bigger day, redfish, bbq shrimp, turkey Thai curry and spicy turkey chow mein along with misc sides.

Never used turkey for Asian dishes but I told the wife to get a small turkey since there are only a few eating and she got an 18lb turkeyzilla

We are trqveling today. One of our kids (the only one we will see this time) is working at the hospital today. Dinner hosted by friends tomorrow and us on Saturday. Curious to see what (if anything) will be open for lunch today.

The last Thanksgivings my dad was alive for his mental illness was so bad he refused to leave the house. So I brought them Cracker Barrel Thanksgiving to go to them.
Now if you call for a to go order it make take 2 hours before it’s ready for you so keep that in mind.

Thank you for the kind words. I’ve dealt with so much worse the past few years and only gotten stronger for it. I will get through this it’s just gonna suck for a little bit. I’m so grateful for an amazing support network of people all over the country that have been there for me lately. Some of whom post here, you know who you are and I love all of you
