She came up with a fix, saving the company $250k, per month, per facility, in perpetuity. They moved her 2 steps up the ladder in the first month, and now she is going to each facility to present it to their teams.
There was initial resistance because of the $500k price tag but paying for itself in 2 months is a no-brainer.

They are very moody. Sometimes we’ll have crows on every corner for blocks and in the trees causing all kinds of trouble then we’ll for a days or weeks and not see a single crow.

One time an owl was on the fence, and #2 and I were putting the garbage out late at night
