About 1994 or so, Mrs LCA and I went to Big Mountain MT to ski. We met 4 couples of Canadians from Brandon, Manitoba. They invited us off the mountain to have dinner at the house they had rented to empty out the kitchen, as they were leaving the next day. We all got really drunk. We stayed in touch with them for a couple of years but haven't reached out in a long time. I wonder if any of them are dead? I wonder how the circuitous path of life has treated them.

I have some relatives in British Columbia, eh. Spent a week up there during the Stanley cup. These guys drinking made me look like an amauter. Uncle Garth was in his 80s came to Endymion. He drank a case of beer during the day and came to the extravaganza and he said until the lights came on. He’s still kicking at 97 (party on uncle Garth)
