A 6 year old shouldn't really know there's much of a difference between a coke and a beer....
Plus most kids that age know there are certain things that kids do and things that adults do. They understand the difference. I think it's pretty ridiculous to think you shouldn't have a beer around a 6 year old.

I went through my email and now I have nothing else to do
Met my new supervisor. He's cool. I asked him if I was gonna take back my old responsibilities and he said no he wanted to get me doing new stuff. But to sit tight in the meantime

Well that sounds cool. Im sure they realized that the two other ladies could do all the work of the three of you but they like you so much that they want to give you new tasks.
