We’d be a site!

Let’s scrap that and do breeder’s cup, though. It’s at Del Mar.

Not sure when the last time a horse was put down at the Kentucky Derby

I remember when Barbaro was put down after the Preakness but that was a while back

Hey, 7’s

I missed you! How are you? What have you been doing? Wanna pop all the Xanax to fly to Vegas this weekend?

A lot of fractures can be fixed. Some can’t and it is extremely painful to try because they end up developing laminitis. Again… they use the same euthanasia they do on your pets. And horses try to kill themselves daily. In the past 2 years I know personally of 5 horses that broke legs just being out in a pasture and one who broke his leg getting up in his stall.

Are there bad trainers, yes. Do we need to fix some breeding practices? Yes. But horses aren’t shot. Don’t listen to what peta says.

Sincerely, the mom of two horses who survived leg fractures. One had two.

I don’t put it on BR or New Orleans level, but it’s not great.

I know. You’ve told me all of that. But I’m not there to witness all those other events. I don’t want to be there to witness something happen in a race. My heart breaks for animals and children. I’m just too soft to handle things like that.

Adults can all go die in swimming pools of spiders.
