That was the 1st Thread I read when I logged on.Every once in awhile the OT delivers.
Hey Brother.Just looking to enjoy the nice day out.
The house directly across from me is the only rental house on the street.It was badly damaged by a tree.After
2 guys with crow bars took 2 week to take the roof and attic off,the Realtor that owns it finally hired a guy with a backhoe.1 day and the house is gone.

Backhoes are nice. The machines, of course.
As for the nice day out, I'll be headed out in a bit for a nice run. Don't think I'll bring the iPod today. I love running on days like this.

I know the Realtor that owns it.Trying to take the cheap way and thinking they could salvage the wood.
2 weeks later he gave in and ripped it down.
It's a very nice lot and something should have been done long ago.

Friend tried the same thing with his shop after it was damaged in a storm. After a few weeks of pulling nails and cutting boards, he finally said enough and hired a demo crew to haul off what was left.
