That Catholic played many of public teams in the past with terrible consequences.

If private schools had to play by the same rules public did, we wouldn't have had the split.

5A before the split, not sure exactly how they are doing the attendance calculations now.

Neville is the best team in the state this year. They haven't had a close game yet.

I don't really follow high school football anymore but I see Catholic is in the same Division as John Curtis and Evangel. That's still impressive right? Are John Curtis and Evangel still awesome?

Don't know about JC, but Evangel isn't what it used to be.

With the way they played in the playoffs, they would have beaten anybody. They had nearly 300 yards of offense in the first half against probably the best defense in the state.

People can claim it's tainted if they want, but implicit in all of this is the public schools pussied out.

You make it sound like it was the Catholic schools that wanted out, but it was the opposite
