In the accident which occurred on Sept 3, when a motorcycle, which was running on the far left lane, switched suddenly to the right, it was hit by a white pick-up truck which was running at a high speed on receiving the green light at the intersection.
The motorcycle rider was sent by the impact lying unconscious in the middle of the road. He was seriously hurt.
The garland vendor in the Spiderman costume, whose name is Wasant Ketsuwan, rushed to the middle of the road to stop other vehicles from running over the victim.
