Yes and it's brown so it doesn't turn your mascara gray. Sometimes I wear it alone if I'm just wearing a little mascara

I love it. I have a scar from chicken pox where no hair grows so I use it pretty much every day.
It stays on even when I'm sweating at the barn. Lots of colors too. I'm on my 2nd container.
