Something just kind of dawned on me as I was thinking about Festus writing in the style of Oweo. For those of you who are old enough to remember the show Green Acres, the county agent's name was Hank Kimball. He used to talk in the same style that Oweo writes. A parenthetical phrase, digressive way of speaking.
