He was not an F-35 pilot he trained pilots in an F-35 simulator. I’m going to take some guesses from looking at his picture. He’s probably a guy that had alcohol issues, divorce issues, but he’s a good stick. He’s probably paying for ex-wives and kids and needs the money.

Pilot doesn’t make him the brightest bulb in the box. Hundreds of retired military are training militaries around the world. But, you have to have approval to do so by the Department of Defense, before signing your contract.

Seems flimsy case to me. He retired in 1996. He starts training Chinese pilots in 2023.
