Cry me a river. Dealerships are merely secretarial/sales work invented by automakers who didn't want to deal with individual consumers. Automakers should either circumvent dealers or pay them to sell inventory. We've been conned into becoming extravagant tippers.

That said, I hope dealerships remain and direct-to-consumer auto sales are allowed. We need both as a check on each other.

I’d pay more to not have to deal with trash arse salespeople at a dealership. Let me order online directly and have it shipped to my house. I’d pay a premium for that
