Lol im worried that im pretty much guaranteed to end up with either a foreignor (which might be ok) or someone with no friends which means theyre probably crazy.

I would agree...a dorm would not be the thing for you with some college under your belt...
honestly, you will like some roomates and won't like others...but you can pretty easily live with most anyone for a semester and after that you will make some new friends...
