Fan on court tonight in NBA finals

As always, the network (in this case ABC) doesn't show the fan. I totally understand, in theory, why you won't show the action but isn't that philosophy a bit antiquated?? With cameras everywhere, the dude will end up on the Internet for sure. Secondly, with the stuff that is shown on TV these days, I find it surprising that they draw such a hard line when this happens.
