I'm only telling you that I know for a fact that cops were super lazy in the 4 cases that I could have been written a ticket but was not. If I had a sticker there is 100% chance I get a ticket so why would I believe that having the sticker is a safer bet?

DWI checkpoints at 3-4pm? 4 times? That's a lit of escaped convicts.

OK. It doesn't matter to me one way or the other. I am simply telling you what I have seen and experienced.
