Yeah sometime it will send something like "busy can't talk" if someone calls and I didn't answer it. Really not sure why or how it happens

iOS devices have canned messages that you can send w/o typing anything. You can customize these messages if you like to say things like, "wtf do you want?"
Or "kiss my arse and go to hell."
I'm sure Android has something similar but I don't have an Android device to test that theory.
