Murders are up, as well, among other pathologies.
Also you need to think about why deaths among younger people might increase, generally, comparing 2020 to 2021. Think hard about large-scale patterns of behaviors changing between the 2 years.

Why are younger people dying? Their immune systems fight this off no problem. Why are some of the healthiest people on earth (soccer players) having a ton of heart attacks on the field all of a sudden? That's never happened before.
