ETA: I guess I should have continued reading before I posted. It's been correctly answered. The guy above me is 100% right, he's in Angola working on the prison farm and supposedly extremely remorseful and accepted full responsibility.
I know everyone is going to post about being sorry doesn't bring the family back and they're absolutely correct, but I'm just passing on the info.

I didn't realize it was reduced. I knew his sister fairly well years ago.
