Awesome that’s very helpful.
Is that stainless top plate bolted to a PVC flange that is glued on? Only way I can think of attaching to the pipe or am I missing something?

I was about to say this. It looked to me like he was just controlling the flow rate by limiting the size of the orifice and not with any kind of electronic valve.
