It’s got some history. Originally it was a nuclear option to get local schools minus busing in South East Baton Rouge. Now days I believe it’s that plus the fact that the city parish government is heavily racist and basically treats the people of that area like a cash register, taking their money to spend on the city of Baton Rouge, corrupt projects like CATS and whatever the North Baton Rouge project of the day happens to be.
