Anonymously send them a note about NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and how the SFM or AHJ feels about that occupancy and the load they are trying to egress out those other doors.
The reality is they have no authority here in regards to egress.
My suggestion is to get singed a little in real emergency then bolt back to the door closest to your desk. Sue then afterward and buy an island.
