Here's The Advocate article from a few weeks ago regarding the St. Ferdinand/St. Louis Street change to two-way streets. Looks to be permanent.

That light they're putting up at North and St. Louis is unnecessary too. Traffic was very rarely backed up there.
The people turning into the parking garage off St. Louis will continuously back traffic up. I don't know how they didn't account for that. Or if they did, I would like to hear an explanation as to why they didn't think that would be a problem.
